The Staff

James Bennett
Director
James Bennett is the Director of Cadre Academy.  After completing three years at 247 Leadership Academy in Colorado, he continued on staff for two additional years. He is passionate about leadership and creating ways for people to meet their potential where their gifting encounters their calling.  James has his Bachelor’s in General Ministry and hopes to complete a second degree in business someday.
 
As a native to Colorado, James loves to be outdoors, whether it is destroying anthills in the backyard or hiking the mountains of Nepal.  Most would consider James Bennett a walking dictionary because he knows everything about everything from American history to the origin of the Easter bunny.  He is a fan of truth talks and loves to buy new gear.  He is definitely not a fan of bad customer service and slow drivers in the fast lane.
 
James and his wife, Codi, who were married in 2002, have two young children, a daughter, Londyn Aleise and a son, Corban Jamison. Together, they love traveling and greeting adventures of any kind.

Codi Bennett
Women's Director
Codi cannot think of anything she loves more in this life than seeing people realize they have true purpose and acting on it.  She is passionately vigilant about purity in this generation.  She loves being a new mom and hopes her husband will allow them a whole gaggle of children.  She is originally from Montana and considers herself a lifelong learner.
 
Codi enjoys good books [non-fiction], white cheese dip, dessert and starbucks.  She starts listening to Christmas music in August and color coordinates her closet.  Codi trained in classical ballet for 10 years and considers line-dancing fun.  She likes to paint in her “spare time”.  Codi dislikes - or maybe even hates - cold weather, spiders + cats.
 
What I Drive: 2004 Nissan Quest SLE - yes, i've joined the mini-van club.
What I Hope to Drive: i totally content being a mini-van mama.

Aaron Kruse
Assistant Director

Aaron completed two years in 247 Colorado Springs and will soon receive his master’s degree in exercise science.  Aaron is passionate about many things, but the one thing that captures his heart the most is leading young people to Christ and seeing them fulfill all the purposes that God has placed on their lives.  He loves discipleship, mentoring, coaching, and talking in general. Aaron loves to read when he gets a spare moment, he is also in love with traveling, and spending as much time as he can with his wife! His pet peeves include barking dogs, and tardiness.  Aaron is known as "Mr.Deep" because he so enjoys deep conversations and learning more about people's lives.

Angela Kruse
Assistant Women's Director
Angela Kruse has been married to Aaron since February 2008.  Her list of favorite men include her Father God, her husband, and her daddy.  Angela did two years in 24/7 at Colorado Springs and is on her way to receiving her Bachelor’s in Nursing.  After God radically redeemed her in high school, Angela has felt a passion for reaching the lost and fighting against injustice in the lives of those who are unable to defend themselves.  She believes strongly in equipping young people to share the gospel in all situations.  
 
Angela grew up in Nebraska - but has never farmed.  She loves horses; but is allergic... and she really enjoys working out.  She also enjoys [in no particular order] reading, movies, family, friends, a good cup of coffee, dessert, dogs and traveling.  Angela is very determined and if God places something on her heart, she will accomplish it.
